I’ve been asked if our company provides multi-level reward program software. For instance, the ability to put specific end users (customers) in a VIP program compared to other rewards users, or send special discounts or bonus offers to specific reward members, or even possibly have different levels of rewards in which members receive bonus points for each purchase once a certain point level is reached.

The answer to all these questions is, “YES!”

Multi-Level VIP Rewards

Multi-level VIP rewards would be used for a business such as a restaurant. Let’s say a reward program rule is created where $1=1pt (point). And, another rule is created that when an end user reaches 3,000 pionts they are now a VIP. When the end user comes into the restaurant, if they have VIP status, they have zero wait time and have the social status of VIP.

The 3,000pt requirement can have a time qualification requirement. Meaning, after VIP status is reached, another 3,000 points must be reached in 12 months, or 18 months or whatever time frame you wish.

Multi-Level Bonus Offer Rewards

Another Multi-Level reward program can include bonus offers per level. Bonus offers can range anywhere from special coupon discounts, or additional bonus points per purchase. For instance, let’s use the example that a reward program has 3 levels of rewards: basic, VIP (3,000 points), and Elite (5,000 points).
At the basic level, the reward end-user receives 1 point for each $1 spent. Note, any rule can be created, these are for examples only. VIP level can receive 1.5 points for each $1 spent and Elite status can receive 2 points for each dollar spent. This reward structure can offer a tremendous spending increase, depending on your business model.
